Hello and welcome!

That's me on the left, with my once tiny little babe (now a sassy, yet sensitive toddler).

It's so bittersweet looking back to the newborn stage because I really miss all the baby cuddles, but that was also a really hard time, especially as a first time Mom. I expected to be a little more tired and have a little less time for myself, but I was NOT prepared for just how much a baby rocks your world in every way possible. Truth be told, some days....it was a lot.

That's why you often hear the saying "it takes a village to raise a child." Whether it's your partner, other family, friends or even a professional like a postpartum doula, having help and support through this life metamorphosis can make a world of difference for not only you and your baby, but also for your entire family.

What does a postpartum doula do?

A postpartum doula provides physical, emotional and informational support to the family following a baby's birth. • Baby care education
  • Light housework
  • Watching the baby so parents can rest or take a shower
  • Listening to parents concerns, fears, feelings, etc.
  • Quick errands
  • Preparing simple meals (*more comprehensive meal prep is available, please see below)

Meet The Postpartum Mama

Client

I went into my own postpartum prepared to be a little more tired and have a little less time to myself, but I was NOT prepared for just how much a baby rocks your world in every way possible. Truth be told, some days....it was a lot.

Having walked this walk myself, I am passionate about helping new Moms navigate the ups and downs of postpartum and ultimately help you feel more supported, empowered and nourished in your new role as a parent.
